๐Ÿ’ก 1. Can I install the Hexagon LED lighting myself?

Yes, absolutely. The system is plug-and-play and comes with clear instructions and mounting hardware. No technical knowledge required.

๐Ÿšš 2. What is the delivery time?

Order before 4:00 PM on weekdays and your order will be shipped the same day. Standard delivery time is 1โ€“2 business days within the Netherlands and Belgium.

๐Ÿ”Œ 3. Can I connect multiple sets together?

Yes, multiple sets can easily be connected. Separate connection cables are available for this purpose in our webshop.

๐Ÿงฑ 4. How can I confirm the system?

There are three options:

  • With screws to a fixed ceiling
  • With tie-wraps to a system ceiling or grid system
  • Freestanding or wall mounting (inner part only)


๐Ÿ’ง 5. Is the lighting waterproof?

Yes, the light is IP54-certified, meaning it's dust and splash-proof. Suitable for garages and damp areas, but not for outdoor use in the rain.

You can pay with us using iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna (pay later) and bank transfer.

๐Ÿ”„ 7. Can I return my order?

Yes, you have a 14-day return policy. Please contact us first at info@hexagonled.nl and we'll help you further.

๐Ÿงพ 8. Will I receive an invoice with my order?

Yes, once your order has been placed and paid, you will automatically receive a digital invoice by email.

๐Ÿ“ฆ 9. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please check your order upon receipt. Is anything damaged? Please report it within 48 hours by email with photos, and we'll resolve the issue quickly.
