At HexagonLED, we work with a simple and clear ordering process. You place your order, receive the invoice within 24 hours, and pay securely using the payment details on the invoice.

Placing an order

Place your order via our webshop. Check your details and choose the desired LED solution for your space.

Payment by invoice

During checkout in our webshop, select Pay by invoice as the payment method. This allows you to complete your order immediately without making a payment at that moment.

Invoice within 24 hours

After placing your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation by email. Within 24 hours, you will then receive the invoice with a personal payment request.

Through the payment request, you can easily choose from different payment methods:

  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Wero / iDEAL
  • Bancontact
  • Credit Card
  • Bank Transfer

This way, you can choose the payment method that suits you best.

Payment received

As soon as payment is received and processed, your order will be prepared for shipment. After payment, the order will be shipped the next business day.

Good to know:

You do not need to complete a direct online payment when placing your order. After your order, you will receive the invoice with the necessary payment details.

After payment has been received, your order will be processed for shipment. Under normal circumstances, the order will be shipped the next business day.

Payment for business orders

Business customers can also use this method. This makes it easy to process an order administratively and to include the corresponding invoice in their own administration.

For larger projects, multiple LED systems, or customized solutions, you can contact HexagonLED in advance for personal advice and a suitable quotation.
