💡 1. Can I install the Hexagon LED lighting myself?
Yes, absolutely. The system is plug-and-play and comes with clear instructions and mounting hardware. No technical knowledge required.
🚚 2. What is the delivery time?
Order before 4:00 PM on weekdays and your order will be shipped the same day. Standard delivery time is 1–2 business days within the Netherlands and Belgium.
🔌 3. Can I connect multiple sets together?
Yes, multiple sets can easily be connected. Separate connection cables are available for this purpose in our webshop.
🧱 4. How can I confirm the system?
There are three options:
- With screws to a fixed ceiling
- With tie-wraps to a system ceiling or grid system
- Freestanding or wall mounting (inner part only)
💧 5. Is the lighting waterproof?
Yes, the light is IP54-certified, meaning it's dust and splash-proof. Suitable for garages and damp areas, but not for outdoor use in the rain.
💳 6. What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with us using iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna (pay later) and bank transfer.
🔄 7. Can I return my order?
Yes, you have a 14-day return policy. Please contact us first at info@hexagonled.nl and we'll help you further.
🧾 8. Will I receive an invoice with my order?
Yes, once your order has been placed and paid, you will automatically receive a digital invoice by email.
📦 9. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please check your order upon receipt. Is anything damaged? Please report it within 48 hours by email with photos, and we'll resolve the issue quickly.
